Meet the team

Stuart Springham, MRICS

Fund Manager

Stuart has worked in the sector since 2006 and has gained significant experience in residential investment, management and valuation in previous roles at Cluttons LLP, Strutt & Parker and, most recently, as Associate Director within the Residential Advisory department at JLL. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2008, Stuart joined the Hearthstone fund management team in September 2019 as part of our succession planning, and took over day-to-day management of the TM home investor Fund in October 2020.

Cedric Bucher, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Cedric Bucher is the Chief Executive Officer of Hearthstone Investments Ltd. He was with Architas from 2011-2017, and previously held senior strategic and commercial positions with Barclays Wealth, SEI and Cardano. Cedric has a proven track record in the UK investment management industry, with responsibilities including Strategy, Business Development, P&L, Sales, Marketing and Product Development. Born and educated in Switzerland, Cedric spent the first part of his career with McKinsey&Co. in Zurich and London. He holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Darren Stent, DipPFS

Head of Business Development

Darren joined Hearthstone at the beginning of 2012 and has over 30 years' Financial Services experience. During his career he has worked for some of the UK's largest Investment Management and Life and Pensions providers in investor- and intermediary-facing roles. Based in East Anglia, Darren heads-up Hearthstone's Business Development Team and looks after intermediaries across London, East Anglia and the Midlands.

Andrea Antonioni

Institutional Business Development Manager

Andrea had previously held capital raising roles across a broad range of private market investments with a particular focus on commercial and residential property. In addition to UK based roles, he has also worked in Asia and Europe with both institutional and private investors.
