May 2020 Market and Fund Update.

Although the Fund remains temporarily suspended due to the ‘Material Valuation Uncertainty’ clause applied to its properties by the independent valuer, CBRE, there have been some positive developments in the UK housing market during May.

In our latest update, Stuart Springham analyses these developments and the latest economic data, and also provides Key Performance Metrics for the TM home investor Fund to the end of May 2020.
