The Fund reopened for dealing on 21st July following the Standing Independent Valuer, CBRE, removing the Material Valuation Uncertainty clause from its property valuations.
The residential market has continued to go from strength to strength as momentum builds following the relaxation of the UK ‘lockdown’, and buyers enjoy a reduction in Stamp Duty.
Rents continue to demonstrate their resilience, further differentiating the residential sector from commercial property, and the fund has had another strong month for rent collection on its portfolio.
